Omnichannel platform & a full-service brand-building agency for independent fashion and accessories designers, cult niche brands and emerging artists to grow in the USA. Brands include Y/Project, Yohji Yamamoto, Juun.J, GCDS, Temperley London, Linda Farrow, Private Policy, etc.

  • Concept & Interior Development
    Ideate, create and execute retail themes for concept-driven fashion/art/beauty pop-ups in NY and LA, including location planning and scouting.

  • Visual Merchandising
    Theme-driven execution of art installations, window installations, in-store displays, and merchandising refresh for each store location.

  • Fashion & Art Curation
    Source, curate, and seamlessly merchandise fashion and art collections for each store location.

  • Day-to-day team management
    Retail team management to create memorable in store experiences and amplify brand stories of 150+ designers and brands. Managed P&L and other retail strategies to optimize profitability.

  • Brand Partnerships & Collaborations
    Strategic brand positioning, ex. White Claw x Private Policy Collaboration.

  • Event-driven Retail Experience
    Execute event production for 100+ brand activations and partnerships including vendor and budget management.


VEUVE CLICQUOT SUITE | NYC

Recreating a winter wonderland, perched high above NYC skyscrapers, the Veuve Clicquot suite at Conrad Hilton Midtown NYC was transformed into a cozy winter chalet, complete with fur throws, wood fireplace, and Veuve Clicquot branded fixtures & accessories.

  • Concept Development for seasonal branded activations within Hilton hotels such as Veuve Clicquot Winter Suite.

  • Manage end-to-end production and sourcing for interior solutions, props & displays, branded elements, and supplies for seasonal activations, including vendor procurement and budget management.

  • Execution of concept & staging of Veuve Cicquot Winter suite for press launch and media coverage.

Curated concept-driven luxury boutique that champions fine jewelry, olfactive art and home accessories from independent designers and makers

  • Start-to-finish creation- from conceptualization and branding to sourcing materials, fixtures, etc and managing store build.

  • Developed cross category curation that encompasses the core DNA of the concept store.

  • Curated and executed approx 15+ in-store events & activations annually that enhance retail experience and highlight designers and makers.


PERFUMARIE NYC

A sensory exploratory Discovery Studio that plays host to multi-sensory olfactive activations.

Day-to-day Team Management
Monthly “perfume flight” studio refresh, creative visual merchandising, in-studio team education training and management.

Brand Partnerships
Execute brand collaborations with Macy’s, Estee Lauder, L’Oreal, Chanel Beauty, etc..

Event-driven Retail Experience
Curate and executed approx 20+ in-store events & activations annually, including corporate workshops, fragrance tastings, press launches, etc.
